Refund window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
When refunds are considered
Refunds are intended for cases where a product does not work as described, cannot be installed or used in a supported environment, or has another issue that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
How to request one
Email support@fyrplugins.com with your purchase email, order ID, Blender version, operating system, and a short description of the problem.
After a refund
Access to future downloads, updates, or storefront services associated with the refunded order may be removed after the refund is completed.
