Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Fyr website and any digital products sold through it.

Last updated 30 September 2026.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and use the materials provided for evaluating Fyr products. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or redistribute protected downloads without permission.

Age and authority

Fyr is not directed to children. You should only create an account, request launch emails, or purchase products if you are legally able to do so, or if a parent, guardian, employer, or authorized representative is responsible for the action.

If you are purchasing for a company, studio, client project, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Digital product delivery

Purchases are for downloadable digital products. Delivery, updates, and eligibility for future downloads may depend on the product purchased and the current refund status of the order.

Personal and Studio purchase scope

If a Fyr product is offered as both Personal and Studio, both options may provide access to the same product download while covering different usage scopes. Personal is intended for one individual user. Studio is intended for use by a team, company, client studio, or shared production environment within one organization.

Product purchases do not allow resale, public file sharing, or redistribution of the downloadable package except where a mandatory open-source license included with the product grants rights that cannot be restricted by these terms.

Support and updates

Fyr aims to provide reasonable support and product updates, but no fixed support response time or lifetime update promise is granted unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Accounts and access

Account and download access are personal to the email address or organization associated with the purchase. You may not share sign-in links, access tokens, private download URLs, or protected files with anyone who is not covered by the applicable license.

Gift purchases

A product bought as a gift delivers a single-use gift code instead of a license. The code is shown in the account of the email address used at checkout. The license attaches to the account that redeems the code, and each code can be redeemed once.

Gift codes are meant to be given, not sold. Like other purchases, they may not be resold. If a gift purchase is refunded, its code stops working, and if the code has already been redeemed, the license created from it is revoked.

Refunds

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between a product listing and the general refund policy, the published refund policy controls unless otherwise required by law.
